New Clients

 Please note, this is a 1st floor office but with several steps at the front entrance and no elevator.

Due to the care model at EWTA, initial intakes are comprehensive and considered essential. It is not necessary to arrive sooner than your scheduled time, but please plan for extra time together during our first meeting for a thorough initial intake.

Please consider any specific needs for your session, such as bringing loose fitting comfortable clothing or other needs.

Clients have the option of staying clothed during certain types of sessions (those without oils). Shiatsu sessions are clothed.

The sessions at EWTA are a unique blend of modalities, and are likely to be different than your prior experiences with massage. I invite you to peruse the Welcome and Sessions pages to learn some about what your experience might encompass.

Cancellation Policy

Traditionally, a 48 hour notice is requested and EWTA reserves the right to apply a 50% no-show/ last minute cancellation fee. Typically since 2020 these cancellation fees have been waived for Covid related reasons.

Due to the sensitive nature of the pandemic we are experiencing, extra precautions are encouraged. If you have been in a setting within 5 days of your appointment that permitted prolonged close contact with people whose personal circumstances are unknown to you, or if you have had known or suspected exposure to any person with symptoms related to Covid, Flu, or common cold within 5 days of your appointment, please postpone your appointment.


The Covid pandemic has taken a significant economic toll on small businesses.
If you need to cancel, please consider paying 50% or more to help EWTA survive the financial ups-and-downs of pandemic times.
