Please note:
If you are someone who has been referred by friend, family, or healthcare provider for pain or injury recovery and land in this economic bracket, please email me to discuss options. It is my commitment to my community to consider taking on lowered-rate clients on a case-by-case basis, as able. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

•would not require community or family support in the event of an emergency

How EWTA's Tiered PRicing Works:

Tiered prices contain a mini-sliding scale within each tier. Gratuity is not a part of a sliding scale model and is not applied on top of what you pay. Anything more you are able to pay than the median is supportive to the health and longevity of my practice and myself, as I consider the needs of those in our community who have less to pay but still have the same needs for care and wellness. My monetary need is for income average to land in the middle to upper of the Median Tier, for my practice (and myself as limited income, single household, and small business owner) to have an adequate sense of general wellness.

This is an integrity-based system. With the exception of those asking to be considered for further lowered-rate care, you are not asked to submit any application or explain your reasoning. The invitation for you is to choose, with personal honesty, some awareness of the realities of lower income demographics, and consideration of where you land relative to others in your community, the tier that works for your life and your bodywork needs, which are typically determined within our first visit together.

The care at EWTA is exceptional and devotional, and only top quality oils, herbs, and liniments are used, as well as advanced soft tissue techniques. Each person is treated as an equal and my ask is to be able to have a fair sense of work-home balance, modesty, and dignity.

My upbringing was in a working-class family in a working class community. My commitment to this model is rooted in a class conscious approach to well-being, where the needs of all members of our community to have access to care and healing may be considered an aspect of community care, and in turn, social, cultural, political, and global healing.
