About EWTA's Sliding Scale Rates
Anything more you are able to pay reflects your support of EWTA's mission to keep services as
affordable as possible, by giving more when you can, knowing that sometimes others can't.
A sliding scale is available for some sessions at EWTA. Since wellness should be a birthright, not a privilege, a sliding scale is intended to help chronically injured persons in low or limited income brackets afford needed pain management and genuine care.
For these sessions, regardless of income, each client determines what they are able to pay based on integrity, personal factors including income, frequency of sessions, and ability to pay more than the minimum, keeping in mind the high quality of care they receive.
EWTA operates with the intent to provide opportunities for true healing to occur. We open the way, but the client's personal attention to their self care is what drives healing home.
The nature of EWTA sessions are intended, regardless of income level or ability to pay, to educate all clients on self care techniques and how to manage wellness at home. Therefore, all clients have the opportunity to receive much more in exchange for the cost of services, from a provider with a specialized body of knowledge.
You will also notice there is a sliding scale of minutes. Nothing is worse than ending a session because "time's up", when you are so close to a breakthrough. Sometimes, we just need a few more moments. This is my end of the sliding-scale and what makes it truly reciprocal.

If you are experiencing financial hardship and are also in need of care for chronic pain or injury, or stress, and you are unable to pay the amount asked above, please email me directly so we can explore possibilities... I welcome your email. To the best of my ability I will work with those in need, who desire a breakthrough. This opportunity can be especially empowering for those who are interested in learning a range of in-home self care techniques to help foster a better experience of pain and stress reduction between sessions.
So you are not a low-income individual.
How does a sliding scale help you?
Lots of ways!
~ It keeps the doors open to a wellness practice you know and trust.
~ It helps introduce and maintain better community standards of ethics and relationship.
~ It helps EWTA uphold its philosophy of addressing wellness needs across class lines.
~ It gives you a way to be a meaningful part of things you care about.
~ It helps me help more people, and helps me keep working people working.
~ By supporting EWTA in this way, you are supporting a working class business owner
who wants to avoid the trap of blanket over-charging for services,
which often has the adverse effect of turning folks away, and excludes some folks
from being able to access the meaningful care offered here.
No generosity goes unrecognized.
